This company is amazing to work with!!! I've bought and sold a few homes in my life. And to be honest, they made it so easy it made me uneasy lol. Ferd comes out, awesome guy. About a half hour and we came to an agreement that I was VERY happy with. Signed everything electronically. Closed in about 5 weeks. They took care of EVERYTHING! I was planning on selling my house and I called Integrity because they purchase homes. Their purchasing agent Kerry Glover was assigned to my property. He reviewed the property, asked appropriate questions and decided to make an offer on my property. The whole deal took less than one month. I was pleased with the offer and accepted. Kerry is very personable and professional, he understood my need and did everything he could to make the process run smoothly especially during the Covid pandemic. Whenever I had questions or concerns he listened and responded quickly. If you are planning on selling your home quickly I would recommend you call Kerry.

They provided the service as advertised -- a cash offer for my house without charging us for closing costs. The transaction concluded a month after we accepted the offer and we did not even have to attend the closing. Payment was made promptly after closing and utilities were notified of the change of ownership.

And you will feel safe working with these folks because they professionally observe social distancing and wear masks.

Had a wonderful experience with Integrity First. They helped me sell my mother's house in less than 3 weeks. Ferd was awesome. He understood my situation and worked with me to get the money for the house I needed. Plus on day of settlement Alicia and Jenny went above and beyond to help get the necessary paperwork I needed notarized done.
