Often, we get asked, “What does a real estate investor do? Who are these folks and why?”
As a real estate investor, we buy a wide range of homes. We buy often, the ugliest property on the block. This property may need tons of repairs. It needs, you know, extensive renovations. We buy lots of those properties. We buy a lot of properties that are bank-owned. We buy properties that are foreclosures.
We buy auctions. But we also buy, which a lot of people don’t know, properties that are in very good condition. Oftentimes, what we’re able to offer as an investor, which is a very seamless process, cash. We offer, you know, extremely quick closings if that’s appealing to the seller.
So, we do buy a lot of properties that actually need very little, to no repairs. And then our plan is to typically repair that property and resell it. You know, what most people know as a flip, we also renovate properties. Then we rent them and keep them. And then we hold onto those properties as long-term investments.
And then we also buy, renovate, and then resell. We sell to a lot of investors across the country that are looking for properly renovated, professionally managed properties. So, as a real estate investor, what we do here in the seven counties that we do business in, is we buy properties with the opportunity for either a reasonable short-term profit or a reasonable long-term profit by renting that property.
So, if you have a house that needs a ton of repairs, we’re a good fit. If you have a property that needs virtually no repairs, and you’re looking for a fair offer and a very simple transaction, we would also be a good fit for you. And then anything in between. So, if it needs a little bit of repair, a lot of repair, or virtually no repairs, we do pay cash. We buy as-is.
There’s no fees or commissions, so they have the ability to really have a super simple transaction. If that sounds like something you may be interested in, and you might possibly be a good fit, go to our website. It’s www.ericbuysyourhouse.com. Thanks.
